This is the second session in the Optimising Performance and Wellbeing webinar series, presented by the New Zealand Law Society – Te Kāhui Ture o Aotearoa in partnership with workplace wellbeing services provider Optimally.
In this session, we’ll explore the common experience of performance anxiety and feelings of inadequacy, often referred to as “imposter syndrome,” among legal professionals at all stages of their careers. You’ll be guided through practical strategies for reframing these feelings and using anxiety as a tool to boost performance and foster professional growth.
Be sure to join us for the remaining sessions, each focused on a different challenge that legal professionals face. Mark these dates in your calendar, 1-2pm:
26 August: Managing Compassion Fatigue and Vicarious Trauma
8 October: Supporting Your Colleagues
4 November: Top Topics in Legal Sector Wellbeing
You will earn CPD - 1 hour for attending this webinar.
